Step 1: Vehicle Information
To start, we’ll need some information about your vehicle. We’ll start by asking for the make, year, and model. Once you’ve selected your vehicle, we’ll ask a few more questions if necessary, including what kind of transmission and drive type your vehicle is equipped with, as well as the trim level and engine type. Finally, we’ll ask you to enter the mileage. It’s best if you know the exact mileage, but a rough guess will do just fine if you can’t conveniently access your car.
Step 2: Services Needed
Next up, you’ll get to choose the services your Nissan needs. To make things simple for you, we offer several maintenance packages, which combine a number of services based on your vehicle’s mileage. You can also choose from a list of individual services or check to see if there are any factory recall notices for your vehicle.
Step 3: Transportation
We want to make sure you’re taken care of, so we’ll ask next whether you need a ride from the dealership or not. Depending on the length of the service, you may be able to wait in our comfortable customer lounge. If the service is longer, please let us know if you have a ride or if you’ll require our complimentary shuttle service, which is available for destinations within a 12-mile radius. If you need a ride back to the dealership, talk to your service advisor; we can usually arrange this.
Step 4: Schedule
Next up, you’ll be taken to a calendar page where you’ll get to choose the day and time that work best for you. You can also choose whether you have a particular advisor you’d rather work with on this page. If not, you can choose the Any Advisor option.
Step 5: Review and Confirm
Finally, you’ll be taken to a page where you can review your service request to make sure everything is correct. On this page, you’ll be asked to enter your first and last name, phone number, and email address. Then, let us know if you want us to send you reminders and updates (which can be sent by text or email). Once you’ve done this and added any additional comments you might have, click to schedule your appointment!
