WHAT DOES MY ACCESS FEE PAY FOR?
It provides access to the KWN inventory within your tier.
WHAT DOES MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAY FOR?
It covers the use of your vehicle.
WHAT IF I WANT TO DRIVE A VEHICLE IN A DIFFERENT TIER?
When you exchange your vehicle at a 6-month interval, you may move tiers to drive the vehicle of your choice. Some additional fees may be required.
WHAT IF I LOVE MY VEHICLE AND WOULD RATHER OWN IT THAN SUBSCRIBE TO IT?
You can cancel your Access at any time and purchase your vehicle.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY JOB OR THE ECONOMY TIGHTENS UP?
You can suspend your Access at any time without penalty. Simply return the vehicle, no questions asked. When you're ready to resume, you can do so with no additional fees.
DO I ACTUALLY OWN THE VEHICLE?
No. You subscribe to the vehicle. You pay a subscription fee for the use of the vehicle.
IS THE ENTIRE KWN INVENTORY PRE-OWNED?
Yes. But each vehicle is typically 4 model years old or newer and certified by a KWN associate before it is subscribed out again to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL VEHICLE?
Of course! Reserve any vehicle you see in our inventory up to 30 days in advance and it will be ready when you are.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE IT IN THE KWN INVENTORY?
Yes, you can request vehicles that are not shown in inventory, but we cannot guarantee their availability.

WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH KWN?
KWN offers an inventory as diverse as its customer base, with a rotating selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. Each vehicle has been specifically selected to ensure customer satisfaction.*
CAN I RESERVE A VEHICLE IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO MY NEXT ROTATION?
Yes! You can reserve an inventoried vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your next rotation.

You are covered. One of the benefits of Access is that all service and maintenance are included. There is no extra cost for oil changes, brakes, A/C service, or even new tires.
ARE THERE ANY PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION?
There are no penalties other than the loss of your Access fee. However, because you can pause your Access, you may not lose anything at all.
CAN MONTHLY PAYMENTS BE NEGOTIATED?
No. One of the key principles of the KWN subscription program is to eliminate the negotiation process historically associated with buying a vehicle. Tier and monthly pricing are set and are non-negotiable.
CAN I TRADE IN MY CURRENT VEHICLE PRIOR TO OBTAINING MY ACCESS?
Yes. We do accept trade-ins, and the value of your trade-in vehicle MAY be used to offset your Access fee.
HOW DO I QUALIFY?
Simply visit our website and fill out the online application. Your application will be processed within 24 hours.
HOW LONG CAN I PAUSE MY ACCESS?
You may suspend your Access at any time without incurring fees; however, you must wait at least thirty (30) days before resuming your subscription.
IS ROTATING VEHICLES EVERY SIX MONTHS MANDATORY?
No. If you love the vehicle you are driving, you can simply keep it for another rotation. However, KWN reserves the right to restrict access to any vehicle at its discretion.
IF I LOVE THE VEHICLE I AM SUBSCRIBING TO, CAN I BUY IT?
Yes. At any time during your Access, you can request to purchase it outright. In keeping with the company concept, a fair, non-negotiable price will be provided. A prorated amount of your Access fee may be applied to the purchase.
IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE I AM SUBSCRIBING TO, CAN I RETURN IT EARLY?
Yes. A restocking fee of $500.00 will be charged, and another vehicle may be selected. The timetable for the original Access will remain.
DOES KWN PROVIDE FINANCING?
Yes. All subscription agreements are financed through our financing partners.
ARE THERE ANY ACCESS RESTRICTIONS?
Yes.
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify.
2. Subscribers must carry their own auto insurance policy based on KWN requirements.
3. Subscribers must have a valid driver’s license and have had it for at least one consecutive calendar year.
ARE THERE MILEAGE LIMITATIONS DURING THE ACCESS?
Yes. There is a mileage limit of 12,000 miles per 6-month rotation. Subscribers will be charged ten cents ($0.10) for each additional mile.
CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS TO THE VEHICLE?
No. Installing items such as aftermarket stereos, tint, rims, and/or tires is prohibited.
CAN I CHANGE TIERS?
Yes. At any point during your Access, you may adjust your Access tier, and payments will adjust accordingly.
