1. Can I schedule and Appointment for an Oil Change?
-Yes
2. Do I have to schedule an appointment for Service?
-No, you do not, but to provide you the highest level of service and to help us get you in an out quickly it is the best option. If you have an urgent problem feel free to bring it in with no appointment and we will work hard to accommodate you and get you back on the road as quickly as we can.
3. Do you have a Service Express Center?
-Yes! Any basic maintenance is routed to our Service Express or Quicklane centers. This ensures that we expedite your routine maintenance to make servicing your vehicle easy and convenient.
4. Do you offer Complimentary Vehicles to drive while my vehicle is being serviced?
-Yes, we maintain large fleets of complimentary rental vehicles. However, they are subject to availability.
5. Do you charge a Diagnostic fee to pull codes?
-No, we do not charge you a fee to pull codes from your vehicle’s computer. We do, however, charge for any further work our certified technician performs to determine the cause behind the codes. This charge will be based on the time required to determine the issue.
6. Do you offer financing for repairs?
-Yes, we have partnered with several companies to offer competitive financing options for your convenience. In some instances there are 0% financing options available with approved credit!
